Sales & Admission & Program Manager, DBA Program (f/m/x)

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Tasks

·         Providing a high quality, proactive and responsive phone and email enquiries service,
    including one-to-one study advice and guidance to potential applicants

·         Managing and delivering in-person and on-campus events which are focused at lead 
    generation and offer-holder conversion

·         Program-related support in marketing and corporate communication tasks

 

 

Admission Tasks

 

·         Administration of application and admission process in cooperation with partner Sheffield
    Hallam University

·         Processing of incoming applications

·         Organizing application interviews

 

Program Management Tasks

·         Ensuring the smooth running of the DBA program and actively contributing to the further
   development of the program

·         Contact person for students and lecturers and the partner institution in organizational matters
    of the DBA program

·         Support of the DBA program management in quality assurance

·         Support in the planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching evaluations

·         Responsible for budget planning and monitoring

 

 Your Profile:

·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, marketing, or a related
   discipline)

·         At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, talent acquisition, customer relationship 
    management or a related field

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

         with a diverse and demanding group of stakeholders

·         Strong organizational and project management skills

·         Excellent verbal and written English skills, as well as at least B1-level German skills

·         Advanced knowledge of IT including Microsoft Word and Excel and experience in using
    Customer Relationship (CRM) systems

·         Experience of working in a higher education institution is desirable
