Student Recruitment Manager (m/f/d) Munich, Germany | Full-time | Start: 15.02.2026

 

Munich Business School (MBS) is a globally recognized university of applied sciences, accredited by FIBAA and AACSB, offering high-quality, research-based education. We combine academic excellence with a strong international orientation and a focus on practical relevance.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Marketing & Recruitment team as soon as possible, focusing on our Master’s programs with a 40% German and 60% international student body.

 

Your Responsibilities

·         Acquisition, counseling, and support of prospective students and applicants

·         Lead management and follow up

·         Market and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies

·         Regular data analysis and monitoring of recruitment success

·         Planning, organizing, and moderating events for prospective students on-campus and online

·         Representation of MBS at fairs and events (online, across Germany, and selected international locations)

·         Close collaboration with Admissions teams

 

Your Profile

·         Customer-oriented mindset with confident and professional demeanor (presentation experience is a plus)

·         Self-confident, outgoing, and enjoys talking to people on the phone

·         Initial professional experience in recruitment, marketing, or sales; experience in higher education is an advantage

·         Strong communication skills with excellent English (and German > A1) proficiency; additional languages are a plus

·         Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Understanding of higher education and brand awareness

·         Solution-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused working style

·         Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner, as well as collaboratively in a team

·         Strong organizational skills, motivation, and flexibility

·         University degree in a relevant field
